I called Warrenville my home from 1992 – 2002 and both of my
children went to school here so it’s my second home to Naperville.
Warrenville is located in DuPage County located just over 5
miles Northwest of Naperville.
I call this country living with the big city convenience. There isn’t really a downtown area when compared to the other communities, however, this is a wonderful little town that is home to beautiful Blackwell Forest Preserve and parts of Herrick Lake.
You have easy access to the Interstate and there are many large corporate businesses such as BP America and Exon.
Warrenville is also home to Cantera, situated on 650 acres and where you’ll enjoy Regal Cinemas, a 30-screen Regal Cinemas movie theater, Main Event Entertainment, restaurants, hotels and more!
You do have homes along the DuPage River although they don’t come on the market very often.
Warrenville also has a great school district and library and is why I chose it as a featured community!
As of 2021 the population is 14,655.
Currently single-family homes range anywhere from $210,000 - $1,250,000.
