When a seller has the need to list their property for sale, it is very probable that an agent will come into their home and give a ‘listing presentation’. Often times the homeowner(s) may feel uncomfortable because they aren’t sure what to expect. I understand this and have designed a custom ‘sellers’ presentation’ which is a pre-listing presentation that can be emailed to you or sent via postal service.
